The greatest passion in Sylvie's life is to be in contact with people, discover what drives them deep inside beyond the numbers. Having worked in customer service for financial institutions for more than thirty years, Sylvie has held management positions, worked as coach and trainer.
Since 2017, as coordinator and client relation agent within the Groupe Financier Distinction, Sylvie's role aims to support the team as well as her colleagues in the clients' journey activities. She monitors the continuous improvement process by implementing concrete initiatives that generate client experiences, which lead to loyalty and business development.
In her spare time, Sylvie enjoys nature as well as different approaches to wellness and travelling. She lives in the center of the hills in Saint-Calixte with her husband and her two daughters and their Welsh, Corgi.
